Once you’ve filled out your questionnaire or had a call, you’ll receive a custom proposal + timeline, along with a deposit invoice to lock in your project start date.

2 Project Kickoff

Next, you can help me get to know your brand better by filling out a customized design + strategy questionnaire.

After that, we’ll schedule our kick-off strategy call on Zoom to make important decisions about your new website’s look and feel, so can you attract the right clients to your world. We’ll also create an action plan that ensures your website aligns with other important pieces of your business.

3 SUBMIT YOUR WEBSITE CONTENT

Next, you’ll submit your content (images + copy) to our shared Google Drive folder, organized on Taskade. Need help? We have copywriting, graphic design, SEO, and my techy-savvy self at the ready to support you.

4 DESIGN PERIOD

Your work is done! All that’s left is to let us do our thing. We’ll take everything we’ve learned about your business and create a web experience designed to convert.

Depending on the complexity of your project, your design process could take 4-12 weeks. You’ll receive project updates as we go, so you know we’re on track.

5 SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED

YAY! Cue the confetti! Once you receive your design, it’s time to be wowed. Put on your inspection glasses to complete your revisions with Loom or by sharing your comments through our collaboration software. Your feedback is due within 7 days.

6 Inquire & Book

Any revisions will be implemented quickly, so you can get to the most exciting part… LAUNCHING! We’ll take your website live, coordinating all the technical aspects such as email, hosting, and domain. Enjoy an additional 14 days of complimentary, post-design support to ask any questions and feel empowered to manage your site.
